Meet Our Team

Wrayanne, New Patient Coordinator

My dental career began in 1993. My first seven years were spent as a dental assistant. I assisted general dentists, periodontist, oral surgeons, and an orthodontist gaining a wide knowledge base in dentistry. I transitioned to front desk administration in the year 2000. I spent the next 11 years working in a practice as a patient advocate. My family relocated from New Jersey to NWA in the fall of 2010. I joined Doctors Bryan and Curtis in 2015, and this has quickly become my home away from home. I enjoy helping new patients get established in the practice and look forward to welcoming you to our dental family. Outside of work I am raising two amazing children and am a licensed massage therapist.

Melinda, Treatment and Financial Coordinator

Hello! I am a native Arkansan from Ft. Smith and moved to NW Arkansas in 2010. I was a treatment and financial coordinator with a dental practice in Ft. Smith for 8 years. Prior to moving to NWA, I spent 5 years working in the retirement/financial services field. When making the move to NWA I decided to get back into dentistry. I enjoy helping people get the dentistry they need and working with them to understand their benefits. I have been with Drs. Bryan and Curtis since 2010 and love coming to work to be a part of a great team/family. My husband and I have 3 children and 2 precious grandchildren. We are big Razorback fans and love going to all the football games and try to make some of the away games as well. Go Hogs!!!

Christine, Hygiene Coordinator

In addition to being the Hygiene Coordinator for the practice I am a wife and a mother to two beautiful daughters. My husbands job has taken us many places around the upper Midwest and this past move brought us to NWA in 2009. I have worked in the dental field since 2003 and was the office manager at a practice in Nebraska for 6 years before moving to NWA. I joined Dr. Bryan and Curtis in 2012 as the Hygiene Coordinator, and I also work with the treatment and financial planner on helping our patients receive the best dental care possible. This is not just a place to work for our team, but a place we call our second home. To work with a team that we call our family is truly a blessing.

Dondi, Registered Dental Hygienist

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. Originally from Texas, I moved to Arkansas as a teenager. I graduated University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2000 and after working with a local periodontist I started working with Dr. Bryan in 2006. I am the president of the local hygiene study club and I am eager to learn new skills and information. My favorite part of dentistry is working with patients to help them achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles. I get to do what I love with people I love every day! When not in the office, I am a proud mom of 5 children and have been married for 16 years. I stay busy at home, helping at school, and at my church.

Christie, Registered Dental Hygienist

I am a registered dental hygienist for Doctors Bryan and Curtis. I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education of Health Science in 2005 and then graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2007. That makes me a huge Razorback fan and a Shocker fan!  I joined Bryan and Curtis Dentistry in 2011 and absolutely love the working environment. I love working for employers that care about me as an employee, and also a person. We have a great team!

As your dental hygienist my role is to provide you with the utmost care. This includes comfortable care, a thorough assessment of periodontal findings, dental hygiene prophylactic/therapy, if needed delivery of local anesthesia or nitrous oxide, and oral cancer screenings. That is all combined together with patient education and oral hygiene instruction.  Your oral health is important to me and I take great pride in being your health care professional.

I am a Bentonville native and live locally with husband, Mark and our two sons, Cully and Kaius. I spend my free time reading, sewing, working out, and most of all being a mommy. I look forward to meeting you!

Lexie, Registered Dental Hygienist

I am a registered dental hygienist here at Bryan and Curtis D.D.S. I have been in dentistry since 2011 and here at this practice since 2012. I enjoy being a part of this team, and love that I can call my coworkers my "work family". I knew at an early age that I wanted to choose this career path, and did my prerequisite work through Arkansas State University. I then went to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR for dental hygiene school. My certifications include: administering local anesthesia, nitrous oxide and CPR. I am married and my husband and I are both from Searcy, AR, where all of our family still lives. We go back a lot to spend time with friends and family. I love to be anywhere that I can put my toes in the sand, and also love watching the Razorbacks play!  Woo Pig Sooie!! My husband and I have no children yet, but hope to in the future. In the meantime, we enjoy spending time and playing with our furry friend, Fletcher! I also have a passion for missions and have been to Haiti several times on dental mission trips.

I feel like I have finally found my home in this office. I love being a part of such a family-oriented team who values each and every one of its members. My favorite part of my job is getting to know my patients and showing them that the dental office is not such a scary place. I enjoy helping make my patients comfortable through each phase of dental care and giving them the knowledge to achieve optimal oral health. My certification include administering local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and CPR. I am a member of two hygiene study clubs in the NW Arkansas region so as to help keep current in my field. While working full time, I am currently studying for my Bachelor's degree in Dental /Hygiene through Wichita State University. In my down time I enjoy traveling, reading, cycling, and spending time with my studly husband Brandon and our spunky dog Cooper!

Hayley, Registered Dental Hygienist

I am a registered Dental Hygienist here at the office of Drs. Bryan and Curtis. I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Then, I went to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where I received my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. I knew I wanted to pursue something in the dental field early in life.  To me, it's very rewarding to make people feel good about themselves. A smile says so much about a person and I'm happy to help my patients want to show that smile off!  In addition to providing your professional cleaning and periodontal therapy, I am certified in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and CPR. This is truly a wonderful office because of the people in it. I get to see every day the effort that is put into making everyone that walks through the door feel like a part of the family!

I was born and raised the small town of Lonoke, AR where my family currently resides. I go back to see them as often as I can, especially to see my adorable little nephew, Porter. I enjoy hunting with my Dad, and fishing, hiking, and camping with my fiancé, Taylor and our sweet rescue pup, Remi. The outdoors is my happy place!
